Who we are. Bountify, Inc. (“Bountify”, “we”) builds and supports initiatives across careers, agent oversight, and applied AI. This notice covers information collected through the “Get in touch” form and standard web logs at bountify.ai. It does not describe data handling within Jobmaxxing or approval.md.

What we collect

Contact details: name, company, email address.
Technical basics: standard web logs (automatically collected by our hosting/CDN).

How we use it

To review your submission and contact you about your enquiry (legitimate interests / contract initiation).
If you opt in, to send occasional product updates or invitations (consent; you can opt out anytime).

Where we store it

We store submissions in our US‑based cloud infrastructure (AWS). We use service providers (e.g., hosting, email) as processors acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We retain submission records for up to 12 months (or until you ask us to delete them), unless required longer for legal or compliance purposes.

Sharing & “selling”

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our service providers for the purposes above.

Your choices & rights

Unsubscribe from non‑essential emails via the link in the email or by contacting us.
Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@bountify.ai.
EU/UK residents: you may have additional rights under GDPR and can lodge a complaint with your local authority.
