Who we are. Bountify, Inc. (“Bountify”, “we”) helps AI teams source differentiated data. This
notice explains how we handle information collected via the “Post a bounty” form at bountify.ai.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, company, email address.
- Technical basics: standard web logs (automatically collected by our hosting/CDN).
How we use it
- To review your submission and contact you about your data requirements (legitimate interests / contract
initiation).
- If you opt in, to send occasional product updates or invitations (consent; you can opt out anytime).
Where we store it
We store submissions in our US‑based cloud infrastructure (AWS). We use service providers (e.g., hosting, email)
as processors acting on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We retain submission records for up to 12 months (or until you ask us to delete them), unless
required longer for legal or compliance purposes.
Sharing & “selling”
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with our service providers for the purposes above.
Your choices & rights
- Unsubscribe from non‑essential emails via the link in the email or by contacting us.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@bountify.ai.
- EU/UK residents: you may have additional rights under GDPR and can lodge a complaint with your local
authority.
